Shipping Information:

Orders can be shipped vis UPS, USPS priority mail as well as customer pick up. For customer pick ups, an e-mail will be sent when your order is complete. Our shop hours are M-F 8am-4pm

Please consult the individual store site for shipping information. All items are custom embellished by order, finished goods are not kept in stock. On average most orders will take 10-14 business days to ship complete.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation of orders must take place with in 5 days of the order date.

Returns are accepted at no cost to the buyer for any defective garments and the garments will be replaced.

Exchanges for different sizing on items is accepted only on items which are not customized.

Any items that are returned without exchange or defective item will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee per item and refunded the difference. Personalized items will not be accepted for return and refund.
