Screen Printing- Minimum 24 pieces(exceptions apply)
Screen Printing is the process of pulling an ink through a silk screen directly onto the garment and then cured at a high temperature to make it permanantly adhere to the garment in spot colors. This process can be done on anyflat surface, smooth garment (sometimes rough garments for a desired effect) in any standard or custom mixed color. Our maximum amount of colors is 10, minimum quantity for 5-10 colors is 72 pieces. For 1-4 colors the minimum is 24 pieces. Designs can be anything that can be made into spot colors and screen printing allows for fine detail and halftone to create visually pleasing designs. . Embroidery - Minimum 24 pieces(exceptions apply)
Embroidery is a fancy way of describing the type of sewing that is involved. Embroidery involves a computer driven machine that can take your logo that has been converted into a digitized embroidery file and sew your logo onto a garment. There is a limit to 10 thread colors, although embroidery is more expensive it is a great way to embellish rougher fabrics such as pique knit golf shirts, bags and hats.
Sublimation- Minimum 24 pieces(reorders can be under 24)
Is the process of printing directly onto a garment much like an inkjet printer with of course different ink and loading than your standard desktop paper printer. Each garment starts without any post production dying or treatment to full absorb the sublimation ink. There is no limit to the amount of colors, logos or designs on each garment. Typical turn around time is 4-6 weeks, player names and numbers can be added to each individual garment.
